Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another civil lawsuit, adding to the growing list of allegations against him. This time, an unnamed Florida model—using the pseudonym Jane Doe—has accused Combs of drugging, sexually assaulting, and coercing her over a four-year period from 2020 to 2024. The lawsuit, filed in New York state court, alleges a series of abusive encounters, many involving drugs, alcohol, and threats that left her fearing for her safety.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy coerced the victim into participating in disturbing acts, including what her legal team describes as “freak off” performances. These encounters allegedly involved forcing her to perform for him, and pressuring her to involve other men and women, despite her protests. The accusations mirror those in a recent federal indictment against Combs, which claims he ran a criminal enterprise centered on sexual exploitation and abuse of women.
Jane Doe’s lawsuit outlines additional disturbing details, including Diddy’s alleged tracking of her location and monitoring of her communications. In one particularly harrowing account, she claims she became pregnant in 2022 following a sexual encounter with Combs. According to the lawsuit, she was repeatedly harassed by one of his associates to have an abortion. She later suffered a miscarriage.
This lawsuit is one of many filed against Combs in recent months. Last year, his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, accused him of similar abuse in a case that quickly settled out of court. Ventura’s case opened the floodgates, and multiple women have since come forward with their own stories of abuse, some dating back decades. Just this week, another woman, Thalia Graves, filed a lawsuit claiming that Combs and an associate raped her in a New York studio in 2001.
The mounting allegations have taken a serious toll on Combs’ once-stellar reputation in the music industry. Once known as a titan in hip-hop, the star now faces both civil and criminal charges. Last week, federal prosecutors accused Combs of leading a criminal enterprise with a pattern of abuse aimed at women. Combs, who has been behind bars since the charges were filed, was denied bail by a judge who deemed him a flight risk and a potential threat to witnesses.
As the legal battles continue to unfold, many wonder how this will impact the legacy of a man who once stood at the pinnacle of the entertainment world. With numerous lawsuits and criminal charges still pending, Diddy’s future hangs in the balance as victims continue to come forward with their stories of abuse.
