An agora in ancient Greece was essentially the city center. It was a meeting area for the public, where philosophers speak, politicians proclaim democracy, and public performances. The agora was also where people just chilled.

In the ancient Agora of Athens, Greece, on top of Agoraios Kolonos hill, you will find the ancient Temple of Hephaestus. The Greek template is in relatively good shape considering its age. Construction of the temple first started in 449 BC.

The Museum of The Ancient Agora in Athens, Greece, located on the northwest side of the Acropolis, houses exhibits of ancient sculptures, pottery, and bronze work. The collection contains items from the 7th century BC to the 3rd century AD.

The Church of the Holy Apostles, also called Holy Apostles of Solaki, is a 10th-century church located in the Ancient Agora of Athens, Greece. Along with the Temple of Hephaestus, it is one of two structures still standing in the agora.
